Supplier didn't deliver product to the destination address provided during the order process. The product was delivered to Lagos rather than Calabar. Supplier at first said a logistics company was being sought to deliver the product to the right destination and sought my assistance in getting an appropriate transporter. My cousin suggested he goes to Lagos and find a transporter there as the product needs to be seen to determine price from Lagos to Calabar. The transporter he found quoted a price that was higher than the price Supplier was earlier quoted by someone else. Since my cousin's main reason was to ensure the safety of the product from Lagos to Calabar, I asked that the supplier paid the amount that they were quoted earlier and I will pay the remainder for the transporter to bring the product to Calabar. The agent agreed, collected my bank details only to come back and tell me that the boss didn't approve the payment. I ended up paying a substantial amount for delivery.
